If we don’t receive your payment within two weeks (14 days), we reserve the right to cancel your registration.
If your registration is cancelled for non-payment, you may re-register at the current price point.

Lunch – Chipotle or Jimmy John’s $11
Catered lunch is available on Saturday and Sunday. Pre-purchase your lunch(es) at registration for $11 each. No lunches will be available for sale at the door.
Both days, you can order Chipotle and/or Jimmy John’s for lunch.
Each Chipotle Burrito contains: Cilantro-Lime Brown Rice, Black Beans, Fresh tomato salsa/pico (mild), and Cheese. Additional salsa, sour cream and chips will also be available to add to your lunch (included in meal price).
Each Jimmy John’s Sandwich comes with a bag of chips, giant cookie & pickle spear in a perfect, easy to carry box. Descriptions of each Jimmy John’s Sandwich are available at registration.
If you have a dietary restriction, please select and purchase the appropriate Dietary Restriction meal at registration and email us at MileHighBluesExchange@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to get a meal option that works for you.
Pre-Sale of lunches ends on Friday, June 8th. There will be no extra lunches available for purchase at the event.
What is your refund policy?
Mile High Blues (MHB) is an annual event and does not offer refunds for any reason save cancellation of the event on our part (not yours). We reserve the right to cancel events based on our discretion. However, weekend passes purchased in advance can be transferred to other individuals or the dollar amount you paid for your pass can be retained as credit to the next Mile High Blues event in the following year (the value is only good as credit for the following year) provided the request is made before Thursday 12 am of the current year’s event. No transfers or credits will be issued if the request is made after this deadline.
If you’re unable to attend MHB but purchased a T-shirt in advance, you can make specific arrangements with someone who will be in attendance to pick it up in your stead or pay $10 to have it shipped to you (within the continental US – shipping to other locales may not be available or may require a larger shipping fee). To do so, you must contact us at least five (5) days before the event to ensure correct processing. T-shirts not arranged to be picked up or requested to be shipped (with shipping fees paid) within 1 week after the event are considered forfeit and will be donated to a good cause.
Competition entry fees and food cannot be refunded.
How may I volunteer to work for the event?
Volunteering is a great way to experience Mile High Blues and receive a discount on your registration. Volunteer placements will happen in a rolling-enrollment. For the different options for volunteering, please visit our Volunteer page.
What is your pass transfer policy?
Need to transfer your pass to someone else? Email us at least one week before the event with your information and the information (name, email and phone number) of the person who will be receiving your weekend/dance/workshop pass. The person you are transferring to must create an Open Dance account and fill out the Personal Information page before we can transfer your pass to them. You (and not MHB) are responsible for transacting any monetary exchange for pass transfers. Prize passes won through another event are non-transferable.
We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. We’ll update this page if we do and it’s your responsibility to be aware of the updated policy when purchasing passes.
I purchased one package. May I upgrade to another later?
Yes, you may absolutely upgrade your pass! It is best for you to contact us directly to make this happen.
